Summary
Together, Main Capital and BitFlow decided on a full-scope tech due diligence for the acquisition target Nissen & Velten. The first step was the strategy call, in which Main Capital disclosed their future vision for the target and which areas of the business they would like to focus on.
Based on this, we decided to look very closely into aspects like scalability, ease of integration into existing infrastructures and the overall code and architecture quality.
The report took 15 days to make and consisted of 65 pages.
