The funding includes 140 million euros for the expansion of the charging infrastructure for sustainable mobility with 400 new high-performance charging stations

The Series A round is led by BayBG as lead investor and co-investor Bayern Kapital. Gateway Ventures and the business angels Dr. Heinz Raufer and Stephan Berendsen also participated from the existing investors.

BitFlow GmbH has contributed to the successful acquisition of the video technology firm Brid.TV. TargetVideo has become one of the leaders in video publishing and advertising and has now gained access to the international market.

With the the support of Main Capital Partners and the Tech Due Diligence by BitFlow, FOCONIS Group successfully acquired the banking-software company GenoData, allowing it to further strengthen and expand its position in the market.

In cooperation with Transact Risk Partners and Paragon International Insurance Brokers, BitFlow advised Main Capital Partners on the acquisition of shares in the German Fintech company van den Berg AG. 

BitFlow has thoroughly analyzed and evaluated pdv Financial Software GmbH, the Hamburg-based market leader for capital market software, enabling the acquisition by Main Capital Partners.

Together with BitFlow, Main Capital successfully completed the next acquisition. With synetics GmbH, Main Capital manages to add one of the industry leaders to its already impressive portfolio of specialized tech companies.

Reimann Investors, together with neosfer (Commerzbank) and Bayern Kapital asked the team at BitFlow to analyze, review and rate the SaaS company Scompler Technologies GmbH. In accordance to the Tech Due Diligence, the consortium around Reimann Investors decided to invest 7 million Euros into Scompler as a second round of financing. 

BitFlow advised Main Capital in the Technical Due Diligence for the acquisition of stakes of the Nissen & Velten Software GmbH for the main product eNVenta ERP - one of the market leaders for SME ERP systems.
